The Executive PA Summit - a place to gather, connect and learn

Formerly called the Executive PA Forum until we launched this platform, the Executive PA Summit is a fully immersive two day learning, development and connection experience for EAs, PAs and business support professionals who want to further their CPD, learn and network with peers.

The Summit delivers a wide range of topics relevant to the business support role as well as workshops that offer an intensive learning and development opportunity for attendees.

The 2025 Executive PA Summit will take place in the Alex Hotel in Dublin city centre on Thursday May 8th & Friday May 9th!

Hello there - we are the Hosts of your community!

Fiona & Aisling here! We founded a two day conference in Dublin back in 2010. Prior to this we worked in innovative conference production serving corporate learning & development, wellness and charity fundraising. 


Shocked at a lack of training and professional development opportunities for EAs and PAs, we pooled our skills and resources to create the Executive PA Forum. From speaking to many PAs and EAs during those early days in business, it was evident that many of you felt undervalued and overlooked when it came to training and professional development – and we were compelled on a mission to change that. We are so excited for you to join us on this journey!
